We positioned and launched British Land’s first super-prime luxury residential development in the heart of Mayfair.

Implementing a five-year, fully-integrated marketing and PR campaign targeting the UHNW audience, our place-making resulted in a three-page positioning feature in the FT’s How to Spend It.

From the inception of the Clarges Mayfair brand name to the international unveiling of the development, we have been instrumental in the promotion of and in the placemaking of Mayfair, in the heart of London’s west end.

Having supported on de-risking the building with off-plan sales at 64% and maximum prices per square foot for Mayfair within the first three months of launch, we have hosted numerous international press trips from all the UHNW territories.
