We launched and positioned British Land’s first super-prime luxury residential development in the heart of Mayfair.
Working for British Land, we implemented a five-year fully-integrated marketing and PR campaign targeting the UHNW audience.
From the inception of the Clarges Mayfair brand name to the international unveiling of the development five years later, we have been instrumental in the promotion of Clarges and in the placemaking of Mayfair, in the heart of London’s west end.
Our whisper campaign resulted in a three-page feature in FT How to Spend It, we also hosted international press tours, and devised collaborations highlighting British Land’s commitment to design. The launch coverage to date spans global titles including The Times, Mansion Global, Gulf News, Singapore Tatler, The Rake, and Robb Report.
Our role extended to supporting all partners involved in the project from architects to designers and property sales agents. The successful off-plan sales period achieved maximum prices per square foot for Mayfair.
